The HR Administrator Immigration works as part of a centralized support team at the heart of DEME's HR corporate operational organization. In this role you will provide internal clients/stakeholders from all DEME’s disciplines with timely and accurate advice on immigration issues and drafts applications. You also serve as the main point of contact for projects in specified countries.

As a Project administrator / Document Controller (temporary position), you will be responsible for the project management system. You will provide a document control service, maintaining effective control of all project documentation, consistent with company standards, processes and project eDMS systems (Aconex or Sharepoint).

You will work closely with the business to define & finetune requirements. You will support our data scientists and report developers across the organization and enable them to find the required data and information.
